Henry's wrecker Terms and Conditions 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Registration: All bidders must complete the registration process, which includes providing accurate personal or business information, signing the Henry’s Auto Auction registration agreement, and obtaining bidder approval fromHenry’s Auto Auction. Participation in the salvage auction is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and possess legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. 

2. The buyer assumes responsibility for assessing and determining the condition of the vehicles prior to bidding.

3. Henry’s Auto Auction reserves the right to change the end date and time of the auction without providing prior notice to the bidders, and bidders are advised to check for updates regularly.

4. Bidding Process: Bidding will be conducted in a competitive and transparent manner. All bids are binding contracts to purchase the salvage vehicle, subject to the terms and conditions outlined.

5. In order to facilitate sufficient time for bidding, auction times may be extended if there is active bidding in the final minutes.

6. The sales sheet/run list is subject to change at any time. Bidders must rely solely on their own observations and inspections to determine whether to purchase a vehicle.

7. Cash and Credit card payments Visa/Mastercard are accepted (3% fee applied )

8. Vehicles must be paid for by 4 PM on the next business day following the sale. If payment is made after this deadline, a late payment fee of $25 per day will be incurred for a maximum of 5 days.

9. Vehicles must be removed from Henry’s Auto Auction property by 4 PM on Friday Failure to do so will result in storage fees of $25 per day. 

10. Henry’s Auto Auction is not liable for any loss or damage to vehicles that have not been promptly

paid for and removed from the property.

11. Henry’s Auto Auction explicitly disclaims and excludes any warranties regarding the title, rightful transfer, and absence of liens or encumbrances on vehicles. Additionally, Henry’s Auto Auction disclaims and excludes any warranties regarding the absence of claims from third parties or infringement. All vehicles are sold "AS IS WITH ALL FAULTS," including but not limited to dash lights and mechanical defects. Henry’s Auto Auction does not have knowledge of the full vehicle history as it is a police impound lot. Henry’s Auto Auction disclaims and excludes all implied warranties, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. The only recourse for breach of contract or warranty is returning the vehicle and refunding the purchase price.Henry’s Auto Auction shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to repairs, improvements, loss of use, and DMV/registration fees.

13. All vehicles will be subject to a buyer fee and document fee, the details of which can be found on the Henry’s Auto Auction website.

300 to $499 : 100
500 to $999 : 150
1,000 to $1,999 : 200
2,000 and up : 14%

14. The Auction the right to refuse service based on factors such as but not limited to: inappropriate behavior, aggressive or offensive language, non-compliance with regulations or policies, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to meet necessary requirements, or any other reason deemed appropriate by the service provider.
